Mustafa Moochhala

Mustafa has worked in both Corporate and Social sectors. He has gained experience as an Organisational Consultant in areas of Human Resources, Learning and development and HR strategy, mainly with corporate organisations in India. He has also worked in an NGO to promote micro-livelihoods amongst the poor.

He has trained in many organisations in areas covering management skills and team alignment. This covers specific learning around Interviewing and Selection skills, Communication skills, Team building, Performance Feedback, Assessment centres, etc. He has also designed and delivered training for trainers.

He consults with organisations on Organisation Development – in HR strategy and policy, structuring and culture building. He also works on specific sub-systems like Performance management and selection processes for large Corporates. Mustafa has done Competency mapping and used these to conducted Assessment and Development Centres in some organisations.

He has run profit centre operations in India and UK. He headed businesses in Consulting and Recruitment. He has set up from scratch operations for these units.

All his corporate experience was with organisations like Modi Xerox and Ma Foi.

Mustafa has worked earlier for Pradan, an NGO in Madhya Pradesh promoting livelihoods of poultry rearing. He worked with marginalized groups to train, organise and support them in this.

His present areas of interest are in Corporate Social Responsibility and Executive Coaching.

He is one of the founder directors of Innobridge consulting. In this he works with both Corporates and NGOs.

He is a fellow of Sumedhas, a society for human context.

He has a post-graduate diploma from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Tejinder S. Bhogal

Tejinder S. Bhogal works as a Rural development Consultant with a focus on organizational effectiveness (OE), capacity building, organizational development (OD), organizational change and human resource development (HRD). He has provided trainings and Consultancy in areas ranging from Leadership, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Communication, Coaching, Creativity, Motivation, Mentoring, Performance Appraisal and Monitoring; Meeting conduct; and for developing Organizational Missions, Visions, Strategies and Business Plans. As a trainer and facilitator, he has designed and facilitated over 200 workshops and Retreats. In addition he has also designed and conducted Training of Trainers on generic training skills.

Prior to being a Consultant, he has worked as an Executive and Team Leader with the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) and PRADAN - a national level NGO in India – respectively. Overall, he has over 28 years of experience with 15 years in direct rural development project implementation work (in the villages of West Bengal, Gujarat and Chattisgarh), and over 13 years of experience as a Consultant and Trainer.

He has worked with over 60 agencies: NGOs, International donors, Govt. programs. Some of these include: Action Aid, Plan, SDC, Lead-India and Lead International, Development Fund, SRIJAN, Aravali, Udyogini. He has been associated with various World Bank funded poverty alleviation programs (in Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Tamil Nadu) as a HR Consultant. He has also worked on international training assignments in Nepal, Afghanistan and Indonesia.

Tejinder has a graduate diploma from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA). He is a Professional member of the Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Sciences (ISABS), and he is a certified Executive Coach.

In his spare time Tejinder writes poetry, helps to edit a magazine (Here and Now: the ISABS journal), goes on occasional bird and insect watching trips, and reads, reads, reads.
